Here's a good analogy...Compare the SEC to prison (It's raw but many Bammers understand this concept). The first thing you do when you go to prison is find the biggest, baddest dude in there and knock the living crap out of him. Win, lose or draw...you will be respected.

Hence...The CLK approach. It's drawn attention...good, bad or indifferent...CLK is serving notice he's not taking any crap from ANYBODY! And our players are feeding off of this "kick butt and skip taking names" attitude!

Finebaum is approaching "manlove" after 2 weeks of "non-stop" bashing. If CLK is so "inept"...Why is he such a concern to "the enemy"?

let's hope Lane ends up as the biggest and baddest, or there could be another prison analogy in the vols future

Say it isn't so...I never would have believed you to be a Fulmerite. I'm in...lets go back to "hand clapping" when greeting a major blunder as he runs off the field.

Funny, your take seems vaguely familiar...

"Clearly, Tennessee coach Lane Kiffin is playing by prison rules. Everyone knows if you “want to survive in the hole”, you “walk into the cafeteria on day 1”, and “knock out the baddest dude right there in front of the general population”. Then, everyone else knows “not to mess with you”!"
