June Griffin Charged With Stealing Mexican Flag

Conservative political activist June Griffin has been arrested for the theft of a Mexican flag from a Dayton business.

The 67-year-old Ms. Griffin, who ran for Congress in the recent election, is facing misdemeanor charges of theft, vandalism and harassment and felony charges of civil rights violations.

Ms. Griffin, who said it is the first time she has ever been arrested, posted a $5,000 bond.

She said on July 18 she had noticed a small Mexican flag at an Hispanic grocery in the former Rogers Drug Store.

She stated, "I went in and there was nothing English in the store. There was one man who could not speak a word of English."

I kind of wonder where the outcry was with all of those Cuban Americans waving the Cuban flag during the whole "Fidel's Dead" story. Masses were filling the streets honking horns waving Cuban flags not much different than others in the past with Mexican flags.

I am still wondering where the outcry is over the new minimum wage that was passed in the House (still waiting to be voted on in the Senate.) Do people really not understand that higher federal minimum wages actually cause greater illegal immigration?

June Griffin has been all over Jeff Stile's talk shows in Chattanooga for years. She calls in and is hateful to everyone that is liberal, a democrat, a follower of a different God than she claims, etc. She fervently sought to put the Ten Commandments up on porches of Capitals. Now everyone down here is attacking her for breaking one of those 10 Commandments, "Thou shall not steal."
