Since there is a lot of renovations being done at Neyland, has anybody heard anything about another jumbotron being added opposite of the other one? My tickets are on the same side as the jumbotron, lower level, right on the edge of the canopy. It's pretty much impossible for me to see a replay. I can catch a glimpse of the TV's hanging but they are so old it's hard to see. Would be nice if either a new jumbotron was added or upgraded the TV's.

I've heard Hamilton mention they would like to do this sometime, but will probably be a few years away.

We shouldn't even have a jumbotron like we do now... people don't even watch the game nowadays.

Correct. After the whistle blows, 100K turn their heads in unison. I'm just as guilty as the next guy. Tear down the jumbotron. It's ruining the experience.

Why would you not want the jumbotron for replays and stuff? Just don't watch it for the game, its not hard...

There are no plans to add a second Jumbotron. The structural setup of the entire North end would have to be changed because of the way that end's lower and upper decks were constructed. It was fairly easy to build supports under and attach the structure to the south end, but not the north.

Agreed. It's not going anywhere, but Neyland got a lot quieter when the jumbotron went up. Everybody shuts up immediately after the play to watch the screen.

And while we're on this topic, can we please do something about the screen being 70% advertisments. What's the point of havng that new big ass screen if your just going to fill with the same crap as the last jumbotron. Pet peeve of mine, sorry.

I only watch the jumbotron during replays so I'm okay with it. I do wish they'd have a way for people who are sitting underneath it to watch but it's not that big of a deal.

I love watching all of Rods hits on replay.....they all seem harder & more life threatening the second time.
