Why this is the case? I don't really know, they are nothing that I would consider secret. It is just how it works.

The Gate 10 and Gate 21 renovations (brick exterior) are next summer I believe.

The Gate 10 ramp is set for a later date along with the East side of the stadium. They are in plans of 2014-15 and have not had a funding raised yet.

I've been trying to get the pictures up all week but apparently I'm the red-headed step child of Mother Nature and Father Time. I got some screwed up steel from the shop and it didn't fit yesterday which is why we brought it back down then today when we lifted it the wind picked up and damn near folded the crane in half. It was so close to crane failure that the crane operator lost his cool for the first time in 8 weeks of solid work. We were skidding across the Gate 10 ramp trying to hold it from crashing into the Voltron. We'll fly the first one at 6-7am and get the picture in it tomorrow. The next 2 will go up Friday, or if the weather is really calm maybe the 2nd tomorrow afternoon. Cross your fingers for me Vol Nation.
