I applied for Vol hall and holt apartments. In the way of a true dorm, I'm not disappointed, but in the way of what I wanted I am. I also wanted a hall with visitation E, which is unlimited. I can only have visitation C in Morrill. I'm sure it will be fine, I don't think I'll be spending much time in there anyway.

Very understandable. I live in the Andy Holt apartments.

To keep this thing on topic...Every new set of pictures amazes me. I can't wait to see this thing in full action. Every sign lit up, the lighting around the sides, the pictures in the back cabinets. Without a doubt one of, if not THE best jumbotron in the nation and worth all 450,000,000 pennies the athletic department spent on it.

The replays on it are gonna be unreal.

One of my favorite things about home games last year was the bball promo they showed. That thing got me hyped up every time!!

really. There's 3 back lit cabinets that will have 3 changeable pictures on them. The general consensus is that they are a pic of Gen. Neyland, Eric Berry, and the "I will give my all" sign. We'll see for sure by the end of the week.

Just another fun fact I found out while hanging out with the Skymonkeys:
The actual video boards weigh 800 pounds each, for a combined 67.2 tons hanging off the front of the VolTron.

That is somewhat rough especially for beinga junior. I'm looking at the positive side of not being there much as well for the fact that my roommate is a kid in the band that doesn't seem to be promising.... never know though for sure until I get to know him better.

Yeah I realized that after a few posts.

On an on topic note, we should see some really good pics after tonight. That is if the rain didn't delay them too much. I texted skymonkey earlier to see how it was coming and haven't heard back, meaning they're hard at work today. Should see a lot more progress. Only 3 days to completion.

I hated my roommate, but North Carrick is a fun dorm to live in, and depending on which side of the hall you are on, you might have a great view of the Voltron.

My friend was on the seventh floor and you could have probably watched the game from there and enjoyed it.

With this new one, I can't even imagine.

I'm self reporting myself for a possible secondary violation to the VolNation posting rules.


I wish to speak with my attorney before proceeding any further and am planning to appeal the ruling of my um, self.
