Jumbotron Update

I haven't posted any new pics because this wind and rain has really limited more modules going up. I was hoping today would go really well and post another one but only 8 new modules have gone up in the last 2 days. Lighting it up will be delayed until probably Monday or Tuesday. We're working 7 days a week trying to make up for the weather. Believe I will finish this thing on time no matter what it takes, I don't get to see my family until I do.
The V-O-L-S letters are safely in storage and were not damaged at all. They are being saved by the school. You'll see the new top cabinet start going up Monday. Supposed to have half up on Monday the other half Tuesday and then will add the Power T.

hey skymonkey, anyway that you can get into the storage area and "lose" the V-O-L-S? if so then i can give you an address in richmond, va that it would look really good on top of...50 bucks in it for you if you can.

BTW, we had 2 tornadoes touchdown in the Memphis area (5 hours west of you). Tomorrow is not looking good for you guys tomorrow. Coming down BIGTIME right now with winds up to 80 mph.

Weather forecast here calls for really heavy rains tonight, I didn't hear about any winds. Only dry day they forsee is Saturday. You guys are going to have to pull a lot of extra time then to make up for lost time. Not to mention the first half of next week is all rain as well.

The rain and wind sucks but the SkyMonkeys will get it done no matter what. If the weather holds for us, screen tests will be happening Tue or Wed. We're doing all we can when the weather breaks. Working Sat and Sun if the weather allows to recover the schedule. It's still looking pretty good, not too far off track. I worked late today and missed some progress photos for y'all. Love you guys, thanks for all your interest, never worked for fans like you guys before. I will give my all for Tennessee today.
