"There was a lot of good people," Davis said. "I mean a lot of good people and the positive vibes only. Getting around and meeting new people, it was diverse here and I liked that. They weren't telling me to come to Tennessee. They were telling me how to take your own road and have a strong mind about where you are going. It was a real good visit and I like being in state. I hopefully will be coming back and bringing my mom."

"They were shocked," Davis said. "They were saying, 'where you been?' and my coaches had a helping hand. They brought me on down here. Meeting coach Wells was very shocking. I didn't know he was so funny and crazy. I like that he is himself."

Also along for the visit was good friend Jerome Carvin. The two are close and both have Tennessee and Alabama interest. "We are really like blood brothers," Davis said. "I told him, I'm going to come up there and explore my options. We have been talking about it, but Jerome has a mind of his own."

"I didn't know Tennessee was a Jordan school," Davis said. "That's one thing I learned about Tennessee. There networking program is very big. A lot of networking with KD, LeBron, and Nike and that is big here."

"Playing time is a main factor," Davis said. "That's something I will be looking into. Other than that, patience is a virtue, but it is a factor." "I'm still 100% to Alabama, but I want to see what others have to offer," Davis said. "Having seen Tennessee, they have a lot to offer."

Hope so but Bama can promise playing time just by excluding the word "starting". They keep their word by tossing them in during 59-3 blowouts.

The big draw is that we are a Jordan school that networks with KD and LeBron, ifyam. Oh yeah, we also have a great opportunity for early playing time.
