JT Shrout heading to Colorado

I don't see why any of the QBs would stay. The way what's his name kept starting JG every week no matter what is considered a slap in the face to any competitive athlete. A self confident highly competitive QB is not going to put up with that. They are going to get out and get a change of scenery asap.

Does he have an NFL brain? (Meaning to not make mistakes under duress).
Every qb at every level makes a bonehead play or two in every game. Sometimes they get away with it and sometimes they don’t. It’s that fine line that separates people’s opinions of a bonehead play or a great throw. How often have we seen (qb of your choice) throw a td and say to ourselves “ If the DB has just turned around that was a pick.”?

Well we wouldn't get matched up with a Pac12 team in a bowl game unless it was one of the four big bowls (Fiesta, Sugar, Orange, Rose), in which case I hope we do well enough to meet them LOL
We could get matched up against them in the Las Vegas Bowl

I think I’d rather have Bailey. We could have been good if either of them started this year. Hope he does well

I think he has the potential. He needs time to play and develop. I think he has been our best option at QB for 2 years. He is going to make mistakes... but with coaching he should be able to develop. He doesn’t make the same elementary mistakes that JG made for 3 1/2 years.

I believe he has two flaws. 1) Making I’ll advised throws when the pocket breaks down. 2) Throwing 90 mph on very pattern. He is going to have to learn touch on his throws when needed.

He has an NFL caliber arm, maybe the best I have seen in a long time. I hope he succeeds.

This kid will put up some really good numbers next year. Won't be surprised if he plays his way into the NFL after leaving UT.
