Awesome news! I love to see our local instate kids doing good wearing the Tennessee Orange. JRM is making a good example of what a VFL stands for! Thanks for staying JRM and representing Tennessee with nothing but heart and pure class!

They haven't made the 5* recruit--ever--that will play as a frosh like JRM will for us next year. That said, you nailed the boom.

He Will be physically and mentally ready to roll next year. Tuttle and McKenzie in the A and B gaps, Barnett,Vereen,Phillips, Taylor off the edges... This is great and very smart on his part.... his stock will rise dramatically getting another year under his belt. I believe Kamara will be back and something tells me Cam is waiting till the very end, but will be back as well.... if so, this D is gonna legit. Look at what we did this year and add more experience, Phillips and Tuttle back... dayum.

Amen! How freakin nice is it going to be when we can rotate Fresh and freakishly talented LBs and D lineman in whenever we feel like it! Don't count my boy Sapp out of the mix either. Man, that's a lot of talent at LB. Spring and fall camps are going to be amazing. You better bring it every single second of every single day or you will get stepped on by the talent around you. Dare I say special teams could even be better. Trevor Daniel comes back. And some kid named berry will be running kickoffs back again for us next year!

I'm not ready to give up on Berry either. He may never start due to the amount of talent we have at linebacker, but I think he can rotate in and make an impact.

While I'm obviously thrilled he's coming back, upon reading his message I especially liked seeing his commitment to GREATNESS both on AND OFF the field.
Tennessee is blessed to have such fine young men in our Football program and I believe it is a testament to Coach Jones.

Think he may have had some real self positive motivation after seeing what can happen to a great MLB if they don't keep themselves on the up and up outside of football. As sad as it was to watch the A.J. debacle unfold. I'm sure CBJ used it as an incredible teaching moment.
