We finally got our information on it. Like last year you can go to the open practice and pick up your packet. I know last year we had a blast touring the facilities. This year will be extra special as my sons birthday is the 15th. He is so excited to spend the day up there.

I'm not familiar with the program beyond what I just googled. Do we need to sign up in advance or can we do it that day? Is the tour only open to kids in the program? Thanks!

You have to sign up in advance. You should still be able to do it online. I didn't even know about it last year and the security guard let us through. It was pretty cool getting to see the locker room and all. We made sure to sign up this year. Will continue to do so.

This Wednesday, August 5th, we will be sending out our first Jr. Vols E-Newsletter that will include information on the discount football tickets and the Jr. Vols packet pick-up on August 15th prior to the open football practice For those unable to attend we will be mailing your packets out beginning the week of August 17th.

Thank you again for joining the club! We are looking forward to a great year!

Best,

Could you be specific on what you get to tour? Locker rooms, training center perhaps? I would like to sign my girls up as well and was curious

Just so you know, you can schedule a tour through the AD that lets you tour the locker room, Lauricella Center, recruit room, media room, the terrace, and the pressbox. It's $8 a person.

The deal with the JR vols is pretty cool because they set the locker room up with all of the familiar names from the past jersey's.

Thanks, thats the main reason i was asking. I toured through the University and seen all those places but would really love to see the Anderson training center. We were lucky enough to tour when the locker room was set up with jerseys for the recruits the following weekend. Thanks for the replies guys!
