Ummm...you do realize Bama is about to win it's 3rd NC in 4 years? That would probably constitute as a dynasty and when teams are this successful others want to mimic.

They've obviously been recruiting lights out.. Hopefully this guy can help us out in that department.

I'm ok with the mimicking thing but you have to admit it sure as heck hasn't helped us hiring people from that school in the past...so you would understand a little hesitancy.

I'm not finding much background on this guy...how long with Saban and what kind of a recruiter is he...??

Yeah I agree, but most of the "bad taste" came from Dooley's ineptitude. Hiring Sunseri is beyond human reasoning.

He's the Bama equivalent to Steve Rubio. He will probably head up our recruiting department. Gathering film, editing prospect tapes, helping in initial evaluations, etc.

Seems to be an up and coming guy in recruiting & player personnel, Seems to be a front office guy and possibly a future AD somewhere in 10-15 years down the road. Unless he wants to get into more of the coaching side of the business.

Just because Sal was a positions coach on Saban's staff does not mean he can be a successful D.C.

Just because Hart was the assistant A.D. at Alabama, does not mean he will be successful here.

Just because this latest hire, was successful at Alabama, does not mean he will be successful here.

I tend to feel that now that Alabama has had recent success, that the program sells itself. The recruiting co ordinator does not have to work especially as hard as other programs recruiting co ordinators do....

Some of you fans are dumb. Get over the Bama thing they have quality coaches we dont. The guy can recruit why not reap the benefits.
