Leaving tomorrow headed for Gatlinburg for 7 days of not much of anything. Only plans for sure is a trip to the aquarium (my oldest is an animal buff...he wants to grow up to be the croc dude) and a trip to the Knoxville Zoo. Otherwise we plan on sleeping late , lounging around the pool, taking naps, reading books and otherwise lazing around. I don't have a laptop so while I'm gone I'm counting on my little ninjalets to keep up "the topic that will never die" and all my other post padding favorites!!!!

Eat at the Pancake house in Sevierville beside the Sleep Inn. Also eat at the Log Cabin which is the last restaurant on the left before you leave Pigeon Forge headed to Gatlinburg (For breakfast as well.)

Jr, whatever you do, stay out of the Moving Theater. If you want to pay to get beat up, just give me the money and I'LL do it.

There is a good restaurant on the same street as the Space Needle. I think it is called the Log Cabin as well. We mostly ate dinner at dinner shows ( Dixie Stampede, Black Bear Jamboree, etc) and really enjoyed them but the food is kinda the same at all of them. A bowl of soup, two meats, an ear of corn, some green beans and dessert are what I remember.

Have a GREAT time! The helicopter rides are fun too!!

Like the Comedy Barn except you get a meal and the show is musical.

Hi everyone, I'm posting from the future -- the year 2018. I can confirm the pancake house you're referring to in this post is now defunct. So get your pancakes while you can!!!
