Yep I had not decided on a SB team but had finally decided on TB earlier this week but after the Vitale diatribe not even sure I'm gonna watch. That guy makes everyone's IQ bottom out. He's still saying" "Prime Time Player BABY" the catches from 30 years ago. "Diaper Dandy...and DOOKE Baby.......on & on ..make it stop...

Johnson is definitely gone. He cemented a lottery pick last night and that’s where most mock drafts have him going. I’d say it’s 60/40 Springer goes too. There’s some disagreement among mocks as to whether he’s a late first round or early second round pick. If he gets a second round grade then he may come back. If he’s told he’s solidly in the first round then he will and should go.

For a supposed Vol fan to have this reaction......you can straight up go pound sand and so can anyone that liked your post. And whine all you want about me playing a "true fan" card, sorry not sorry. That's a battle you're going to get your ass kicked on in here and deservedly so.

Why all the Vitale hate? He has an amazing energy for an 80 year old man, and a love of the game that few can equal. Yeah he fawns all over UK, because they are UK... One of the winningest programs in college basketball history. I grew up in KY, and went to UT because I was sick of hearing about Big Blue basketball by the time I was 15. That does not diminish the success of their program. Beating them is ALWAYS a great thing, like someone else said, I don't care if they are 0-12. I hope the next Dick Vitale will fawn all over UT basketball in the same way. And one other thing, when he is covering a UT game, you know we are in the conversation. That's a really good thing.

Substitute Corso for Vitale, bama for UK, football for bball and post still works
The main problem with Vitale is ESPN forces us to listen to him during a game and he talks more about himself or non-game things. Corso, on the other hand, is entertaining us prior to the game, not during. He's not taking away from the game, he's adding to it.
Vitale simply needs to be taken off game feeds and put in a different format

Can’t stand his commentary no matter if UT is playing or not. Don’t care how old he is as it doesn’t give him a pass to do the job poorly. Some folks know when to retire. If you like him, then I simply don’t know how to respond to that.

It’s weird. I never notice anybody that likes him doing games. Maybe his goofy act attracts female viewers that don’t really care about the game. Same type of viewers that will be more interested in the commercials than the Chiefs versus Tom Brady in a few hours.
