JPP's Kentucky Post Game Report

Probably about the best game UK has played this year, first 20 minutes anyway. Great to get a W anytime at Rupp. Hopefully, we let our two five star freshman show off the rest of the year if we really want to go deep in the big tourney. GBO, nice reporting Jello!

In their building, where we had never won back-to-back games in my entire life, until now. Winning at Rupp is always a big deal.

It was 1976 and 1977 when TN last won back-to-back games in Lexington. 1976 was at Memorial and 1977 was at Rupp. This is the first time that TN has EVER won back-to-back at Rupp.

Yeah, you never know how freshmen are gonna do from one game to the next, but it is obvious that we will be just as good or bad as they are. We might as well let them put it all on the line.

Did you ever notice that every time we get a nice win no matter the sport somebody will show up to take a sh!t on it.
In fairness, our basketball team has been leading the charge on that after every good win this year. Let’s see if we can build on it and coming out swinging Wednesday night vs Florida. Always a great day when you win in Rupp!!

Love a win over UK on the road, regardless of their record.

Im just as happy about doing it in a game called by Vitale. He was working overtime slurping Kentucky program and Calipari. I think he may be more disappointed tonight than JC.
Vitale's slobbering over UK was sickening, then the Vols turned up the heat & hid fervor faded. What a pandering creep! His yelling for the "Bucs" was equally tacky.

This. Especially gratifying to shut up his “Ky basketball baby” comments.
