I'm not surprised as this is VolNation...everyone here is an expert and can do anything better than anyone else, regardless of whether or not they have any experience or knowledge in whatever field that they know they could be doing better in.
People love to hate on the Sports Animal and, honestly, I'm not sure why everyone hates all of it, instead of just hating on the one facet of the station that truly does suck, the morning show. D,J&H...now that's God awful radio...completely uninformed hosts, Pat Ryan is the only guest ever on the show. It's the laziest talk show, of any format, I've ever heard on the radio. I honestly feel like there is zero show prep done, that they just walk in every morning and open up a web browser to figure out what they wanna talk about that morning.
As for the other shows...I get that folks might find Will abrasive, or find Jimmy bland, but at least they are prepared everyday to do their show. They have guest lined up almost every day of the week, still take calls from listeners, audio from press conferences with coaches and players. The morning show does none of this, so I get the hate for that and readily join in. But out of curiosity, why exactly do you all not like the other shows? What's wrong with them?
*before all the "Hey Will or Josh or Jimmy" type of responses...I worked in radio for a long time and I have ZERO affiliation with anything to do with the Sports Animal...I'm honestly curious as to why people feel the way they do about this and what they would do differently.
