Josh Smiths' Victim has Request Charges Be Dropped

No, but two guesses at possibilities:

(1) his reason finally beat out his greed for control of his brain; or,
(2) he found out Josh Smith isn't (yet, anyway) a rich man; the piggy bank is empty.

For his sake, I hope (1) is closer to the truth than (2).

Also, in before merge.

I think the real victim in this is Smith's gf. I'd like to comfort her.

Probably attorney for the guy acknowledged based off evidence the attorney fees would put the guy in hole compared to any compensation, if any. Or worse get nothing and pay attorney fees and countersued for defamation of character. Then there is always that peer pressure on campus of people making fun of ya for getting beat up when you started the fight. That being said who knows.

You, me, and most of Volnation lol

No, and no.

Emphatically, no.

Come on, you two, this is creepy behavior.

There's a line you don't cross. Admire a person for being smart, or beautiful, or witty, or whatever positive trait you choose to concentrate on, that's all fine and perfectly acceptable (except to rabid feminists, sometimes).

But the step from appreciation to expressing a desire to do something about it, that's flat-out creepy.

If your internal values system can't figure this out for you, try this trick: imagine a bunch of guys saying the same about your mom (or dad), or teenage sister (or brother), or grandparent.

If it seems creepy to you then, you can bet it's creepy to those who care about the girl you're talking about that way.

Seriously, when did American parents and community leaders stop teaching these basic values to succeeding generations?

To be fair to these guys. I neither agree nor disagree with anything you said. She has signed to make money showing off her body and post pictures often. She is well aware of what many of the men out there are thinking when they see her. Heck Josh knows. But back to the post. I don't think these 2 went too far. I didn't find it creepy. I wouldn't have posted what they did but did find their post humorous. :hi:

If one of my female family members dressed like she does, and posted the pics on social media, it would be hard for me to be angry at a benign comment like the two posters made. I'm not judging her for it, but the other two did nothing wrong.

A big ole thank you goes out to Pilot and the Haslam's!

Maybe he didn't want to get Beeotch Slapped a second time by the Judge and Jury.

So... What you're saying is... She is asking for it, because of how she dresses.

Pro tip: In 2017, don't say that without the mask of anonymity.

Yes she is asking for comments to be made. 1. She dresses provocatively 2. She takes pictures while being dressed like this. 3. She takes time to post these pictures to social media for the whole world to see. So yeah she is asking for comments to be made.

Anyone know what happened?

Wasnt it a pretty bizzare incident...involving his roomate not responding to the door so Smith busted it down? I'm sure booze was involved but from all accounts it did not sound like a serious altercation and roomate probably just needed a day to get over it
