I have a huge problem with all of this. The police are making this out to be a bigger deal than it is. Unless there are signs of abuse on the women, the guy was in his own house having what looks to be a college party. He probably tossed the plant out the window crazy drunk (I have done close to the same in my youth) and then had a freaky party with three girls. he might need some anger management and think about not drinking as much, but if there are no signs of assault on the women then what is the deal. If the ladies agreed to the party who really cares? I know the bible belt has some weird laws about sexual conduct but this is ridiculous. If the window was not broken this goes unnoticed. I would probably not cooperate with the police either esp. since it was my house and no assault is at issue.

I played center in High School. The fact that he had three young girls in his bed forces me to tip my hat to him a bit.

I'll take stories about 3-on-1 bedroom encounters over drugs, guns, and fighting any day.

This has to help recruiting linemen.

The report said handguns, rifles, and i think shotguns. I had all those in my apt. in college as well. I am not blaming him for having the guns, I just hope they are registered so this witchhunt doesn't take a turn so DeBusk can get more headlines and get some tax revenue out of this.

Amen...I think we all had that in our apartment..I am hoping that there was no harm in any of this and it will all be over with before LG finds out and start's accusing the University of raping women and holding neo nazi parties...

So, is this Gerald Harrison the guy the players have on speed dial when there's trouble? I mean Josh keeps his door locked until this man shows up.... odd.

I think the problem the police have is the girls are underage, I know we have all done it but it is still breaking the law.

What part of "contributing to the delenquincy of a minor" do you not understand? If the girls were underage, as was stated, that's against the law whether you agree with it or they consented or not. Yeah maybe they are making it sound worse than it actually is, but he still is guilty of a misdemeanor and so are the girls.

They are underage for drinking, nothing else. These are not minors he had in his room.

Cops being overzealous on one hand and Josh probably being a little drunk and using bad judgement on the other hand.

I wish I had had a "Gerald Harrison" back in the day. Very useful apparently.
