My predictions were no better than anyone else's yesterday.
That was about as unpredictable a 1st round as there has ever seen. Practically no mock draft got more than 3-4 picks right.
Other than Garrett to the Browns, Fournette to the Jags, and McCaffrey to the Panthers, almost every other pick was a surprise.
Predicting precise picks, players, and teams is hard in general.
Instead you have to look at mock drafts as if these are the players in that round. Majority of the mocks had same players, but not same teams, picks..
I think most people are shocked to see 3 WRs picked and picked that early. Also 3 TEs in round 1 was a shocker. Most had just OJ Howard.. my prediction of Croom getting drafted is in my favor now.
Most mock drafts had 2-3 QBs. Most had 2 RB. The 2 OTs went like most predicted. 6 DEs too. 4 LB .
I think most were predicting 3-4 CBs instead of 5. Safeties seem about right.
Not sure why you thought more than 3 QBs would be drafted in round 1?
Majority of mock drafts had very close to positions picked. Everyone in the world knew it was gonna be defense heavy too
