Jones: "There's no need to panic."

Dobbs has won more games for us than he has lost. The day Jones pulls Dobbs during his senior season against what should be lesser opponents is the day ill stop supporting him.

Dobbs is why this offense is so inconsistent. When he is on he's good, when he's off as was the case against South Carolina he struggles with inaccuracy to the point that he can't complete a 5 yard slant. I've never seen a senior qb with experience look as clueless as Dobbs does sometimes. I guess it goes to show that being gifted in the classroom and being able to make quick split second decisions that are needed to play the qb position are two entirely different things.

Usually when someone says "now is not the time to panic", it is usually time to panic.

I mean, does Butch saying this really surprise anyone at all? I was telling my father this right after the game. That instead of owning the loss and being brutally honest with how terrible we played, Butch would come out with his generic coach speak and try to spin this some way into something positive or not a big deal.

I used to not mind his coach speak because it gave the media no reason to right some crazy story, but now it's legitimately getting frustrating. It feels like we have a robot for a coach. There is no fire and no passion, and I'm tired of him refusing to own his mistakes he has made. He just shrugs them off.
