Button up the tops ones as a salute tonight boys. Besides clock management at the end of the first half, Jones coached an outstanding game. Love the aggressiveness on fourth downs. And if any of you are lip readers, you will no he called for the blocked punt.

So button Em all the way up for CBJ tonight! Good game coach.

Good second half, not so good first half.

I agree. But would add that he's coaching these kids up well from game to game too.

Worley performed better vs UGA than he did vs USA. I'd said during the week that they had finally gotten him to play more aggressive and now had something to coach up. They did in a big way.

Agree. One thing that is not being talked about is how physical our defense is. They are making it difficult for their opponents to carry on. Not only good coaching and preparation but the kids played their hearts out.

He has them believing....and that is huge. They laid a lot of bricks today (in a good way).

Clock management was smart. Calling a timeout gives Georgia more time if they had to punt.

People who ***** about the play-calling also need to sit the **** down.

How clever were those two 4th and 1 plays? The pitch play and then the pass. Georgia never saw it coming.

Play-calling was phenomenal in the second half.

Yes, several great play calls and we played to win.

Great show for the recruits, we didn't lose anybody based on today's performance.

Future is bright.

Ive held off crowning Jones anything but better than Dooley to this point.

He made some gutsy calls tonite that his team fed on. Worley took a good step tonight. Neal looked like an SEC back tonight. Still plenty left to do, but a positive step none the less.

I think Jones coached a whale of a game. Going for it on 4th's was gutsy...nothing to be ashamed of today...they grew up, and left it all on the field.

They gave their all for 4 quarters against a top-flite SEC foe. That is all that could have been asked for, or expected. The ball slipped out on a hustle play, and no one can fault Pig for his effort. We were THAT close to Butch's signature win, but from the effort and hustle they showed today I can say that I have no complaints on the effort and execution. Fate dealt us a wicked blow, not GA.

OK...here's a thought about coaching. When Neal scored to go ahead...the hole was big enough to drive a bus through. I am thinking MR decided to let the Vols into the endzone, just to ensure they had sufficient time left to get this to OT. Rather than having a minute left they got ~2:30 to get it done.

I face palmed when Neal ran it in

We needed to run more clock

Good second half, not so good first half.

Butch should have called the time out with 2 min left at the end of half. Other than that I think Butch and assistants called the perfect game (I have been extremely critical of both OC and DC before this game but they surprised and impressed me tonight - a lot of very gutsy calls in the second half and execution was excellent on all of them - I'm much more optimistic about this staff going forward).
Also, let's not forget the special teams! They really had a great game tonight in all areas (blocked punt was brilliant).

According to Sandovol it was over before the opening kickoff. He kept saying its over now. So I ask why do you watch!? The response is "you're a dumbass".
