CJH should make him an analyst like Butch Jones was at Alabama...He could help a lot althought he hates recruiting, He wouldn't need to travel, He could just help with them when they come on campus...He would be a rockstar in those kids eyes.

If he was willing to be an OC, then absolutely. He would be incredible at QB coaching and adding wrinkles into the veer n shoot.

I just doubt he wants to be anything other than a HC anymore.

He doesn't want a head coaching job, He hates recruiting...He said he wants to be a grad assistant at Tennessee.

Portal, recruiting in the days of NIL, this is not a old school coaching job anymore.. A call Saban would be appropriate for Jon.
