Joker is a really good guy. He had his dream job at UK where he played and in the state he grew up in. He probably just wants to relax some down in FL and get paid good money to do what he knows...coaching football. Some guys are better suited to be assistants, no shame it that.

Some people are best suited for that or head coaching at smaller schools. The time demands of all aspects of the HC position have to be well beyond what coordinators or assistants do. Promoting from lower levels seems risky to me.
