If DeBord was imaginative and he's not he would put Kelly and Hurd in the same backfield in some sets and have Kamara in the slot and run some running plays and passes to the backs out of it. That would be almost impossible to stop.

Kelly needs to show Hurd how to hit a hole. Our 200 lb back runs it between the tackles, our 242 lb back runs to the sideline before he tries cutting it up.

He's earned more than he's gotten all year. Hurd's production hasn't warranted 25 carries a game while Kamara gets 4-7. Kamara is averaging 2.0 more YPC and averaging the same number of TD per touch.

Though I don't play rb, I have that same ability. If only I could stay in the hole longer before running out.....of stamina.

No I'm not. Jalen strings things out way too much for how big he is. He doesn't come close to running as physical as Fournette and Henry do between the tackles. If you haven't seen Hurd run for 20 yards sideways trying to outrun a defense to the corner rather than putting his foot in the ground and cutting up then watch harder.

Kamara may be averaging more yards/carry but not between the tackles like you seem to want.
