Talent means nothing if it's not utilized correctly.

Sometimes it's all about FIT.

That's what the NFL scouts are really about. They look for players who are the BEST FIT for their TEAM'S SCHEME.

Running backs are pretty much the same unless they have that EXTRA skill set with catching the ball. I agree that Fournette is as SKILLED as catching the ball, but the TALENT is pretty much the same.
