We were a top 20 defense before he was let go. Turned AJ into a complete LB and JRM the same. Just didn't have his personal life in check enough

Jones defenses went downhill when Jancek left. Remember when many thought Jancek was the problem?

So you are saying we aren't responsible for our ancestors? I'm glad we got that cleared up. I'm joking of course. With today's environment, I sometimes wonder.

If it's in you, then it's in you. But, it's really kind of hard for someone who is disenfranchised, looked down upon and discriminated against to be racist. In order to be racist, you have to have POWER in order to act upon your beliefs and feelings toward another.

Not really all that surprising considering how the environment was around the program during Butch Jones tenure. I’m sure he treated his players at UT just as bad.

My biggest issue is that even well after we’ve fired this jerk for his incompetence, we’ve continued the Jancek legacy at UT giving every single one of his kids walk on spots on different vols teams. His third son will be a walk on the football team this year (his first son was a recent grad walk on QB and other son is currently a walk on on the basketball team). Even though he’s a douche I guess he made some good friends in the athletic department and around town.

What the hell does racial abuse mean. It sounds like someones trying to exaggerate something that wasn't racial into something that is perceived to be by the ignorant masses, kinda like what's happened at Iowa. I find it truly hard to believe you could make it as a football coach while being openly racist to black people

I thought Butchs problems started when he let Jancek go. I have never heard of his personal short comings, don't know they are true. But why does any of these new allegations matter to you?

Because Jancek’s spawn are allowed to sacrifice their blood, sweat and time as basic practice fodder with basically no prospect of playing time against scholarship athletes at no cost to the athletic department. 😡

It’s a new (been around for awhile but only in academia) social justice warrior thing. You have to be way out in left field to believe it. It’s called the prejudice + power definition.

It’s part of an intentional attempt by the left to change our language. You see it in a lot of areas of life now, sadly.

Most of my coworkers in my organization are the kind of folks you are talking about. I've been through weeks of DEIJ training and awareness classes.
