Domestic violence cases can always be up in the air. She could have been the aggressor but they took him away to cool things off?? Seen it happen a lot. Especially if kids are in the house.

That would literally never happen. If it was determined she was the primary aggressor then she would go to jail. Police don't take people to jail to just cool them off. Learn the law before you look silly again.

No idea if concussions caused him to act this way or not, but to say it wasn't a possibility is naive. John Henderson was one of my heroes growing up. You take a giant like that who is mean by nature and give him 15+ years of brain damage bad things are going to happen.

Do YOU know how the law works? When police respond to a domestic violence call, which could be reported by one of the two involved or a neighbor, someone is going to jail regardless. The majority of the time it's the man simply because he's a man.

Now moving past generalities, if BJH put his hands on a woman he deserves to be prosecuted

Nowhere near making an excuse for him, but out of interest Google "chronic traumatic encephalopathy" or CTE for short. They're finding that it's not the concussions specifically, it's repeated sub-concussion impacts. Pretty interesting.

LOL...spoken like someone who lives in a fantasy land. I've been there, I didn't just comment to see my words being displayed. I've seen it happen to friends and been there myself. There may end up being no charges filed at all, but the police need to make sure the situation has calmed down, period. Things aren't so black and white. It "literally" happens every day.
