You call it attack. I do react to those who seldom have anything positive to say about the University I attended and where my father, brother, and son have lettered. I doubt you have such loyalties to Tennessee. If you do, I fail to see it in any of your posts.

I will be completely honest too, I know football is our baby, but I am happy the guy has had success at K State in all sports. Plus K State has the highest APR in the BIG 12. The athletes graduate better than the general student body. I would like Tennessee to field competitive teams all across the board. With our fan support, resources, and facilities we should be top 25 in almost every sport.

I hope they have a press conference soon. I would like to see what Currie has to say.

Sounds like this guy has a background in overseeing basketball which is a positive. Don't like how he replaced Frank Martin with Bruce Weber.

I've been positive about Jones and company for weeks now
Forgive me if I'm not happy about power players blocking the right guy because they threaten to take the money and go home like 13 yr old girls.

Was hoping for Blackburn but prepared for a disappointment...this doesn't qualify. Homerun hire with Tennessee ties and high level AD experience and clean record. Girl got it right! :thumbsup:

I think the hire is OK. I am just relieved that Fulmer did not get it. His complacency destroyed our program at the end of his tenure.

Hire a Tennessee roots AD...with Big 12 Conference experience...not Southern Conference...and skepticism runs wild. Yeah the Volunteer Alumnus will try to run Tennessee Athletics in to the ground................please.
