Joey can do what Pavia did.
Pavia sued the ncaa and came back. Joey in the same position can do the same. Both didn’t play in the fbs in their first year. The question is, will he do it??

I was probably more excited about Joey than most, because I had seen him at App State live a couple times. The interceptions are piling up and some of them have come in really bad spots. Will forever be grateful and a fan for what he did this year, but ready to move on.

He probably Joey that is has a shot at playing pro ball. If Milton got on a team he ought to be able to.

Doubtful. Joe may hold the ball too long and throw some bullets that are uncatchable but Joey A throws it to the wrong guys too often for the NFL. You'd better be Brett Favre talented if you're going to be that reckless with the ball.

I'm still confused about the situation. Didn't the Pavia ruling make it so JUCO didn't count against players eligibility because of antitrust? Then this is only his 3rd year in NCAA.

We have no one proven behind Joey other than Merklinger who has proven to be awful. Him not being on the team this year means we likely struggle to make a bowl. Yeah, let’s move on.

Joey got his extra year this year (2025) due to the Pavia law suit. There is a pending case in process that would give him a decision point if it went the players way. If it goes NCAA way, then no decision point. Having said that, doesn't expect him back in any case. JMO

Diego has some fire no doubt! He wanted to come back. The want to doesn’t seem to be there with Joey.

It interesting knowing Joey's history of ints, early and into some of mid season it seemed the staff had corrected those issues. But he's reverted to the Brett Favre playbook.. 3 TDS and two ints.
He's a gunslinger and he's been fun to watch.
Hopefully he'll get a shot in the pros but I imagine they'll scheme him into interception hell.
Let's move on 👍

Other teams find true freshmen that ball out
Hopefully Faizon Brandon will be that frosh for Tennessee
