Joey one play away from being an average qb today

The head to heads should not count as two losses I hate that rule . Especially Georgia being lucky to win this year. We take care of business we will be good to go but that said Joey one play from being just another average Bol qb today.
So, does he have to go down and catch the ball now after he throws it? He got zero help from his receivers yesterday other than Brazzell. Don't even get me started on stone hands Staley. He had one sure TD dropped by a wide open Mathews and another negated by a BS pass interference call. He was anything but average my friend.

And he was two plays (69 yard dropped TD pass to Mathews, and 59 yard TD offfensive PI robbery to Brazzle) away from 450+ yards, three TDs passing and additional running. Which would have been considered one of the best QB road performances in UT history.
Yep and a couple of dropped swing passes that would have been first downs. Joey has been an incredible breath of fresh air and dynamic leadership.

A great college QB has an average game on the road, has no help from 4/5ths of his receivers, but leads the team to tie the game with two minutes left in the fourth quarter.

300+ yards is not an average game. Especially given that didn’t run the ball for crap until the end and had the “dropsies” all game long.

Joey played a very good game. Without him, we lose and likely by more than one score.

Get off the kids back people! Would you rather have that traitor back who’s 0-4 @ ucla? If he was still here we would have gotten beat by two scores against the dawgs and he would have chocked yesterday! People used to love underdogs? Now they make heroes of greedy fools that have no heart or character! I don’t care if we lose the rest of our games(we won’t!) I love Joey he reminds me of another great vol QB Tee Martin who had guts and won a national championship!!

He was 5 drops and a ticky tack PI call away from a phenomenal day and an easy win

Look throwing high in traffic. You can't blame just our wrs. That's a bread basket throw or lower. Our qb has to own some of that.
Nah. He was putting where they should catch it. It’s perfectly ok to throw a high pass in this league into tight windows. Our TE looked as if he was trying to catch a few passes with a couple of seasoned skillets in his hands.

What are we even talking about here? JA is undoubtedly the catalyst for our offense. What a stupid thread. The INTs are on the receivers

I don’t mean to come down on Joey I’m just saying a lot of Tennessee qbs have been good qbs had we lost to 0-12 sec game Miss St how can you recover. He did throw a few high balls yesterday several times.
