If we would've had Joey A last year, we would've won it all. With the defense that we had. Man....
The defense, as good as it was, struggled against UGA and Ohio St, who were by far the 2 best teams we played.

If we had Joey last year, we probably don't lose to Arkansas and instead of going on to Columbus we would have had a home playoff game, which we probably would have won. After that, I'm not sure we would have advanced.

The best kind of what-if, right there. With a more prolific offense, we stay on the field scoring and off the field defending maybe, and have fewer times to struggle stopping them. Then it's just a shootout, like last weekend. I'm not quite ready to down the entire glass of koolaid, but it does seem like we're capable of beating anyone, on our day.

If we play all of our remaining games like we played on Saturday, we'll finish 11-1.

The thing about CFB is that, probably more than any other sport, it is a week-to-week proposition. I think we're pretty good - better than expected offensively but not quite as good defensively, but I don't think we'll play at that level each remaining week. The question is if we don't play at that level each week, can we still find ways to win? UGA played very well, almost mistake-free football. There's a good chance our remaining opponents make more mistakes than that, especially if they're playing in Neyland.

I don’t know if anyone of us will ever understand the drain on that locker room from the ex QB. We might have had a totally different season.

I have a bad feeling, we gonna see bubba beat uga in an ugly 18-13 type game. With some guys getting back from injury, we can get better on defense, I just don't see us 11-1 better.

I don't think we'll go 11-1 either. Just saying that if we played at the level we played against UGA, we'd beat every team left.

I don't think it would have been "totally different." It isn't like we were bad. We went 10-2. With Joey, I think we're still losing to UGA in Athens at night, in a game that they had to have to make the CFP. Hell, Nico actually played pretty well in that game. It is quite possible we would have played a home playoff game though with Joey instead of Nico.

We would’ve been much better. Our OL this year is much improved though. And I think receivers are much better. I can tell you this for sure though, we boatrace Arkansas with JA last season.

I believe the drain in the locker room was NIL related. Players got to thinking, he getting this much and playing like this. While Joey is more relatable to the team, it seems. I wish him well, and hopes he gets 5,000 yards.

How can you have a QB throw for 4K, hit 35 TDs, go 9-3 or 10-2 and NOT be in the Heisman talk?

Oh yeah that's right...ESPN controls that story.
Idk. He’s a really good story. Might be a Tennessee story but he’s a good story. Just getting invited to the event would be special.
