If Joey played 2 years at a junior college,2 years at App. State, one year at UT,then he has one year ,at least,left to play division one ball.He has played only 3 years division one,a fourth one is due.

He'll enroll even if he doesn't get approval to play because he's not in the portal and not hitting the draft. It's easier to drop out than miss enrollment.

If I had to guess, Joey A's State Court lawsuit is already sitting at his attorney's office waiting for the Federal District Court to deny the current lawsuit. JMO

My understanding is Pavia’s case was not settled by a court ruling. The ruling judge just gave Pavia an injunction to play until the NCAA took it to court. They never challenged the injunction
he played, but the matter was never settled over the right to play 4 years of Div 1 in addition to JUCO.

But, you could say that the effect of the injunction last season was to grant the 4th year, post juco.

So if Pavia is to lose the case he should be ruled ineligible for the 2025 season and Vandy should have to vacate all wins.

The NCAA agreed to let Pavia play after the injunction so the lawsuit was declared moot by the court.
