Understanding it is substance related. One game suspension proposed. Test is disputed and Rogers has blown up about one game suspension. Hart would not allow da'rick to play during appeal process and said he sits for state. They are working behind the scenes frantically with a person that is extremely volatile. Person I spoke with said better odds than not he is back if they can just calm him down.

By itself I agree. But I've only known a few people that only smoke occasionally. Most moved on to harder drugs, or spend all their time smoking weed, and working at taco bell. That's just the people I knew though.
