I like talk show hosts that I could envision enjoying hanging out with. So it's Leno and Kimmel for me

I've got to go with Fallon and it's not close. I really like his show now. I just do not like The Roots! Sometimes they sound terrible! I miss Max Weinberg!

I'm giving another vote to Ferguson. Natural comedian and really doesn't give a crap, which is what makes the late late show worth staying up for.
