I'm sure he is. In the end, he can only be mad at himself. At the end of the day CDD has to make the changes he see's fit. He should have stepped in long ago. That's the deal in any management situations. You have to set expectations from day one. When you sit back and let things turn to crap and react it's too late. My first boss told me to inspect what you expect from day one.
