Two weeks ago when responding to a question about whether or not the loss of the coaches had hurt recruiting.....

"Well, they have lost three commitments. So, yeah, I would say it has definitely hurt recruiting."

This morning during his insider segment on Nashville radio......

"Tennessee has had three guys decommit. But, quite frankly, these were guys who were asked to do so by Tennessee."

You silver tongued devil, you!

Hyams is a joke, he also claimed this morning that TN was heavily pursuing juco WR Kordell Stewart. Last time i checked the kid's name is Cordarrelle Patterson.

Do you think Santos will go to Texas? Just heard he has an official visit set up for this weekend.

I see DD saying look, we've been recruiting u from day one, making u a priority, while Texas is just now talking to u because they had extra spots open up. U were never a priority to them... I hope that is something he keeps in mind.

My favorite is when Idiot Hyams goes on the radio on Monday after a big game, or especially a big upset, and spews his imagination on how he predicted it because blah, blah, blah,... When in reality he is never on record anywhere predicting the outcome.

I guarantee after NSD, he'll claim he knew for a while about some surprise signing but was told not to report it.

Santos just said that he still considers himself a Vol but Arkansas "gave him some stuff to think about". He also mentioned Texas as being pretty late so he didn't know if he would go there. Hopefully Sal can sweep in and work some magic.

Where did he say this?

“Obviously there is a great interest there from him,” Albert Santos said. “We wouldn’t do [the visit] if he was not interested, I can assure you of that.”

From ESPN Insider. Couldn't read the rest.

His family was quoted on VQ as saying they are life long Texas fans and that they are very special to them.

Beautiful, maybe now some inspired caller this afternoon could call in and ask ole Jimmy how we are doing with the Kordell Stewart kid.

Probably remembering the Colorado QB, may even predict that he's about to commit.

I think he will.

Santos has forever been saying that he wanted to play in the premier league, which is the S.E.C. Texas is not in the S.E.C. so he won't go there.
Do you recall all the anxiety when A & M joined the S.E.C.? People were concerned that Santos would go to A & M because it was in state and was now S.E.C.
I think he is just taking all of his 5 free trips.
Surely he realizes that Brown won't be coaching there many more years and will probably be gone before Santos graduates.

Why would anyone want to play for that dbag at Arkansas? People criticize Dooley for throwing kids under the bus. This ******* will cut a kid off quick. Bail on an entire program overnight literally. He is a certified liar. I would negatively recruit against this dbag all day long. I hate his ass and he needs his ass whooped.

remember how he acted to Les Miles for "running up the score"? LSU wasn't even running up the score either. What about when they ran up the score on UT? They did that for sure.....total ******* and dbag. I hope he fails miserably at Arky........

However, I do like him better than James Franklin. wow!
