On the radio the guy refuses to speculate on Dooley's job even though it's pretty much public knowledge he is gone. Then on this "Enrichment Sports Source" he refuses to talk to about it---who is this character and why is he in the media? I have strong dislike for him...

Pennington is the biggest (physically as well) moron in all of knoxville media. I refuse to watch his fat hairy neck bounce off his tits during that show.

Don't ya miss the days of real journalism? Local sports media is nothing but a bunch of Monday morning quarterbacks and talking heads. The don't find the stories themselves just wait for it to pop up on the internet or on the ESPN clicker. If Dooley ever gets canned I say Hyams like many others will say they were on top of it the whole time.

It's why I hate Jimmy Hyams....that and his leathery-old man appearance...can someone pay me for sucking at radio and tv?

Wasn't he the guy who was playing for Knoxville's indoor football team and he had a warrant for his arrest while he was playing and the cops waited for him after the game?

I remember hearing about it on Free Beer and Hot Wings, they talked about when they were in Knoxville.

Their all the same, the KNS does not attrack real journalist, these guys have been here too long, and they feel entiteled to something from CDD. Their all losers.

He is not allowed to talk about coaches being fired on the radio. It's company policy. Doc's rule. No one on the animal is.

There was this guy down under the bridge at broad street near the bus station. I asked him about Dooley and he acted like I didn't even know what I was talking about. What a complete idiot.

No wonder they are worthless...oh and as for Harrington if she's what passes for a journalist these days then anyone can do that freaking job.

Doug Matthews stated that he would not talk about the head coach situation today saying that he only wanted calls on the game so I did not bother to listen. I'm thinking their has been an official request made to those in the media who will listen to not pile on Dooley at this point.

Yeah that guy is a joke. He's just a suck up to authority, seems to have built his career on it. He won't speculate on a coach being fired, but he has no problem going on the radio and calling for a 20 year old kid to be kicked off the team.
