Jimmy Clausen being at the game Saturday night. I was sitting per norm in the North End Zone a couple of rows behind the recruits and in saunters Jimmy Clausen with a group of guys who could have been Notre Dame teammates or his entourage. In any case, they waltz into the recruiting section and start talking it up with recruits. They then proceed around to the special seating in the northwest corner of the endzone. At halftime, Jimmy (with posse in tow) then goes downstairs with the recruits to the Letterman's Room. He acted as he did when we were recruiting him (pompous, but courteous enough to let people take pictures of him).
The whole time that we're watching this, we're perplexed as to what is going on. Why was Clausen there? How was he getting access to our recruits without anyone stopping him?
