Anyone can pick vegetables, I do, raised,picked and sold sweet corn as a boy. But very few Americans are willing to do that now. But many from south of our border are willing to. They only want to feed thier families. Recognizing that isn’t racist.

As for the government vs the church feeding the hungry. If my taxes can be used to kill children/infants in Gaza, then I want some of my taxes used to feed the pooron America.

I have no hate for anyone, but I am admittedly not so good at turning the other cheek. I also tire Republicans telling me what I am,racist,socialist,communist,liar,trans,gay, Satan worshiper and more. All of which I have been called on this forum.

Saw on my lunch break theDemocrat vote distribution on the Honor CK Resolution thingy the house was voting on:

YES = 95
NO = 58
Present & whatever that other No Vote category is = the rest of them.

So, roughly 48ish wanted to vote YES, but were either too scared to stand up to the 58, or have mid-terms coming up in 2026 and didn't want to lose a job voting one way or the other, or maybe even just have some common decency left.

Thought it was pretty telling that almost half the democrats voted yes. 6 month ago, or less even, there would not have been a single yes. Don't recall any others votes where dems did not go 100& party on anything.

Which goes to a point I've attempted to make before, he's either an idiot in writing that statement the way he did (I don't buy that) or he intentionally wrote it that way to take a dig.

On top of that there was not even an attempt to inject any humor.

Google some of her video segments on Leno....... She was a treasure. Warning, may not be what you'd expect. Some language but if you love comedy........ She could have done stand-up just interacting with the audience.

If they weren't used for human shields by cowards that wouldn't happen. If they weren't held prisoner in their own territory by their own extremeists it wouldn't happen.

With all due respect to the latter, you really don't go out of your way to project any other reasonable summation. And presenting you with facts is as futile as popping a zit on a hippos a**. Based soley on what you post and how you say it, with no ill intent on my part to even want to view you in a negative way. Luther ain't got nothing on you. But, that's just me. It's an observation, not a judgement.

Case in point. You support Gaza, even though they started it all on the Oct 7 day and killed kids in Israel in the process yet you don't condemn that. Only the one that reacted in the defense of its citizens. It's a simple concept worldwide. Don't attack. Won't get attacked back. Whether or not Ole Ben has carried it too far is another topic.

Unless it's Lil' Joe, Slice, Fox or a couple others, I personally refrain from derogatory name calling on here. If I have fired one off it's an outlier.

done thier share, remember Shaba and shitila?
I do find it outrageous that Isreali gunners open up on starving Gaza trying to get food at distribution centers. It's like baiting deer,but we outlaw that, but kids? Give Israel the weapons and have at it.

Pretty sure I just said in the post you responded to, discussing to what lengths Ole Ben, as I specifically called him, has gone overboard is a whole different topic. The lifespan of the self defense response has long since needed to die. But, I haven't followed enough lately to know if they are still being randomly attacked. They need to work that out and stick to it.

At the same time, Israel has been attacked so much without first attacking, I get that in his mind he wants to eradicate Hamas, since their stated goal to eradicated Jews and wipe Israel from the map. And there's some schools of thought that he's been less than ethical in his use of the US to help fund it.

I find it mind boggling even amongst their own district the people like AOC, Omar, Thalib, MTG, Swallowthis, et al, continue to get re-elected. Then again we have a city now with 100% muslim city council and mayor, who has already told a white man he was racist and needed the leave their city just for disagreeing. Re-electing thes clowns is just dark humor at its finest.

Hanna was born in Knoxville, Tennessee.[1] He grew up on his family's farm and volunteered for the family veterinarian, Dr. Roberts, when he was 11. He attended The Kiski School, an all-boys boarding school in Saltsburg, Pennsylvania, for high school, graduating in 1965.[2] He majored in business and political science at Muskingum College in New Concord, Ohio, where he got in trouble for keeping ducks in his dorm room and a donkey in a shed behind his fraternity house (The M.A.C.E. Club).[2] In his senior year, Hanna married Suzi, a cheerleader at Muskingum, and graduated in 1968.

I can relate, I had some ag activities going on in the dorm that were frowned upon

Thankfully no where near them and down south. I know where you're headed with that. I know the demographics if Ihan's district. Kind of a no-brianer there. But, even with the consituency that first elected them, you'd think those same people would look atleast at Swalwell and AOC and a light bulb would go off.

Kimmel never explicitly called the Kirk shooter right wing, but he strongly implied it - that’s the way I heard it when I listened to it.

Are you saying you do not believe Kimmel was implying such?
