Probably not true. I'm pretty sure he wanted the Florida job over us.

I don't know what VolCalls does or doesn't know, but I do know there is a new article on ESPN talking about Florida State officials are urging Jimbo Fisher to hurry up and decide whether he will remain at FSU or take an offer from A&M. Article goes on to say that Fisher had hoped to announce his decision after Saturday's game but FSU is requesting him to hurry up and decide. Also included in the article is the fact that A&M is offering apx. 7 Million bucks/per so if you believe we offered Gundy 7 mill., you have to think we would offer a NC coach 7 million as well. With that being said, I don't remember who said it (I think it was somebody on here from Florida) posted about a month ago that he was told first hand that Fisher had high interest in the Tennessee job. Guess we shall see.

FSU fans and maybe the school as well are actually worried at this point that Jimbo doesn't sign with TAM or another team... they want him gone but they have a contract. Three players decommitted just yesterday.

I think Jimbo is a very good OC, but I think he has his work cut out for him at TAM.

Cause he's going to A&M and Tennessee is a toxic atmosphere right now. A&M is said to be offering him 7.5 million a year. They also have better facilities and better recruiting grounds within 200 miles of College Station.

Erik Ainge just tweeted that an NC State player told him Dave Doeren is coming to Tennessee. Hope he is wrong.

He followed that tweet by saying, "I pray I am wrong. Pray."

As in business, there is the company doing the hiring, and the company losing an employee. Put yourself in the employee's shoes and take customers out of the equation.

We do NOT need to let aTm get this coach.

We need to fire Currie and get Blackburn in as AD right NOW so there's stability in the AD position that a good coach like Fisher can believe in.

If aTm offers $7.5 Million we should offer $8 Million or more..

We seriously MUST have a really good HC and staff that can recruit top players.

Get going on social media and everywhere else to force these things to happen my friends.
