10. Cincinnati Bengals

USA TODAY Sports: CB Jermod McCoy, Tennessee

NFL.com: CB Jermod McCoy, Tennessee

CBS Sports: S Caleb Downs, Ohio State

USA TODAY Sports: "McCoy looks and plays the part of a top cover man, making him a prime target for a defense still looking to forge an identity."

NFL.com: "McCoy’s evaluation is muddied by the fact that he didn’t play a snap in 2025 while recovering from a torn ACL, but the 2024 tape’s impressive."He

I see potentially 3 first rounders based on on the mock drafts out there. CB Jermod McCoy, CB Colton Hood, and WR Chris Brazzell. I think McCoy is a sure thing, Hood is consistent enough to be a likely and Brazzell may be a long shot as I only found him on one Mock draft and even on that one (Blake Brockermeyer at CBS sports) he was #32. Still, I am happy to see multiple first rounders again. We are tied with Georgia and Clemson who both have potentially 3 as well so we are in good company.

I haven't seen Brazzell in a 1st round mock draft in awhile.

Most have him mid to late 2nd round that I've seen.

Clemson isn’t good company, and based on my uga fan in-laws- they aren’t either :)

McCoy probably going late 1st, but I think there's a better chance of these 3 guys going 2nd round than 1st round.

Brazzell isn’t going 1st round. McCoy is a risky pick to make in the top 10 but cover corners are highly in demand in the NFL. People get too wrapped up in draft analysis. Sometimes NFL GMs and Owners can talk themselves into anything and get obsessed with potential or some other arbitrary physical trait. Could McCoy go in the top 10? Possibly. Only time will tell whether that’s a good pick or not.

I guess we are getting the rep of having the one of the best re-hab organizations. I just wish we could get some playing time from it.

McCoy was part of one of the best UT defenses this century and helped lead us to the playoffs. His pick against Bama and Vandy were both critical.

It’s unfortunate he couldn’t play last season but will appreciate his efforts for the 2024 season. And I would love him to go to Cincy as a Bengals fan

True, I'm just a bit disappointed to see all the talent walking out the after we spend $$$ to to get them all fixed up and ready to play. It's not just football. Watching guys like Estrella and Phillips vamoose after spending whole seasons healing and training. It's a whole new world out there just sour grapes on MY part getting use to it. I wish them the best (just wish it was here) wherever they go.

The chances of NFL Players returning from ACL surgery and playing at an elite level is rare. There are a lot of success stories, but they are the minority. Most players do NOT improve after ACL surgery.

If I'm a NFL GM, I wouldn't. There is a big difference between a QB coming back from this surgery and a shutdown corner.

Acl injury and graft trends in NFL players
"Only 61% of defensive players who underwent ACLR successfully returned to play at least half a season. They also tended to retire sooner, have fewer appearances, and a decreased number of solo tackles."

For his sake I hope he doesn’t have to go there…
