First, it is late so I won't get into too much on what "pattern matching" is.... But I would strongly advise you to look it up if you want to further understand what will make our defense so good and what the heck "pattern matching" means....
I might do a thread about it tomorrow if you guys want.... Just let me know

They touch on something huge in that post. In quarters coverage if everyone's deep, its cover 0.

That's why the biggest thing I took from Saban was to close the middle on passing downs (cover 1) and opening on run downs to get 9 in the box (cover 4). Which is completely backward from typical football thinking
YES! Especially the availability of running some fun stuff upfront and being able to have that covering in the back if something goes wrong....

My favorite offense to watch is the ATL offense mainly last year because of the perfection of which they ran "mills" and "Yankee"
