I was "wait and see" on him after his meltdown. Well, I waited and I like what I am seeing. Don't know the details of his program to be restored and don't need to. Just pleased that he buckled down and did the work. Can't wait to see him break a few more ankles.

He is the guy you throw the ball to when it matters I would say he is the best 50/50 ball guy I remember seeing. He isn’t a five tool guy but pound for pound I would put his against anybody.

Only our second practice but they said JJ took all his reps today at the slot. I am glad to hear that as if he's anything at all, he's a possession receiver. If I'm Chaney this year I find a way to get JJ on smaller DBs and then get him the ball.

Listen I’ve loved the guy since the day he was signed! There was no doubt in my mind he’d make a play to beat Florida and a play to beat GA that will live forever in Tennessee Football history. That’s just who he is! And he’s not done yet!! He’s gonna have a great season and he’s gonna make a play that gets Tenn bowl eligible! I guarantee it!! It’s just who he is!

I think what separates Jennings from other players other than what’s been mentioned, is his no fear attitude against the big boys in Georgia Florida and Alabama. He is not afraid to go toe to toe with any of those guys.
