I really like Whitlock. This is weird, IMO. Somebody hacked his twitter. He's got more sense than this.

Watched Lin for a full game for the first time last night. That was crazy how patient he is and how good he is at getting into the lane and breaking down a defense. He's like a slightly longer version of Steve Nash.

Everyone should be afforded an off night, but last night was pretty bad for Lin. Hopefully he learns a bit and works on breaking through the trap.

I hope Lin can keep up the success he has had... The guy looks like he is having a blast playing the game and thats what makes it so fun to watch him play. He realizes that this might not last and is enjoying every minute of it.

Fair warning, the article gets whiney.

Also she named all the Asian jokes except she failed to mention the one with actual staying power....

Freakonomics.com: Very interesting article about advanced stats' ability to predict future NBA success. It explains the establishment thinking and why the Rockets cut Jeremy Lin in favor of Johnny Flynn. Flynnsanity, LOL!

Even if you are completely unconvinced by advanced stats, the article is worth a gander because it explains the factors that NBA franchises do value in a draft pick:
