He's coming back to the Vols if he minds his P's and Q's. Coach Pruitt acts like a father in these situations. He'll keep his Trident pin.
A month ago, I would have thought you are wrong, with "him coming back." I think we're probably watching another JJennings lesson play out in front of our eyes.

For most humans it is impossible to forget or forgive. That's why we are not God. If he is given a 2nd chance then that is one of the hardest things for some to accept. It is harder to forgive and easier to hate these days. He deserves a 2nd chance if he is doing the right things. How he handles that 2nd chance is the big thing. He was one of the guys I was really rooting for. I hope he does come back in beast mode. Good luck Jeremy.

Jeremies want Jeremies to succeed. Coach Jereny is genuine, old school type. As demonstrated on the sidelines several times, a bit demanding. I grew up around those types of men and don't regret it one bit. Seems the world has gone soft. If Banks is sincere and keeps academics up and mouth shut coach could put him in the league. It's simply up to him. Few young men get the opportunity he's been granted and it'd be wise to take advantage of it. He is a Pruitt recruit.

He needs to lay low and keep this stuff off social til Pruitt is ready to address it publicly

Agreed, definitely a different generation with the need to share absolutely everything ranging from how they feel and what they ate for an afternoon snack to what the consistency and color of their morning bowel movement was.......we're creating a generation of narcissists and ego-centrics. I got rid of social media years ago and dont regret it.

Just seems to me like Pruitt gave him a list of things he needs to accomplish, and if he does all those things that are asked of him, he will be back at some point.
Most likely, and I’m fine with that. I just think it would be better for him to keep it off SM til that day comes, if it does. I also hope some serious PR training and anger mgmt are part of his rehab b/c he needs to improve those skills or he will have other problems in life.

Our coach seems to be willing to go the extra mile to develop these kids into men. JG for example. I would not be surprised to see Banks back at some point.
Yea, I'm out of the judging bidness. I trust Pruitt with his decision on this. His record on this is 2-0 as far as I know. We'll see.
