According to several people, former McDonalds All American Jelan Kendrick will enroll for the Spring semester and should be eligible to open next season for the Rebels. normal trasfer rules require a player to sit out or a calendar year however since JK did not participate in a game at Memphis, a waiver has been requested for his eligibility in fall of 2011.

Not sure if this is the correct Forum however, I felt it was important since he is now in the SEC

Will move them up in the crime blotter too. This kid is team cancer. I've never seen an eligible MickeyD's All American kicked off a team before December of his freshman year. Renardo Sidney all over again?

Has he been taking lessons from Nutt?

Why is it that Ole Miss picks up everybody's trash in every sport?[/QUOTE]

It's quite simple. They are a 3rd rate program in an Elite conference. Mississippi fans and administrators are the most arrogant (for no apparent reason) people you will ever meet. The fans fancy their athletic teams as equals to the likes of Alabama, Texas, and Florida. The academians fancy themselves Vandy, Duke, and Stanford.

I shudder to think how horrendous Mississippi would be without the SEC TV $$ and BCS $$.
