I am thinking something a little different, but similar, It's not just him, but others in very high places. Other powerful, foreign governments, big business leaders, and innocent people too in high places that may not have done anything illegal themselves. The calamity if everything was released may be too great. Biden admin didn't release it because of this, and same thus far with the Trump admin. Wanna really see the market tank and relationships ruined that are important at this time? Release it and find out what happens....and also maybe lose some very important leverage. It may not be pretty. Epstein was an intelligence asset IMO. Simple as that.

Please don't tell me you're hanging on this alleged note that suddenly came to light this year...

Do you honestly think that this wouldn't have been released before now? That somehow this was missed overt the last eight years of Democrats playing gotcha with Trump in the Epstein files?

You can do better. And I'm going to defer to Patel's judgment on the matter of he can or can't subpoena the records. He's an attorney and not just playing one on VN during the day

Are you fkn kidding with this response? The note is not the point at all. The point is that the head of the FBI is incompetent (remember that convo) and doesn't understand how subpoenas work. Apparently, you don't either. He did not say he can't subpoena them. Whether or not you get the desired outcome, the first step is to issue the subpoena.

And the note....your proof that the note is a fake is that it wasn't released earlier? LOL

Ok, how do subpoena's work? Can the FBI subpoena anything it wants, whenever it wants or do they have to have grounds for the judge to sign off on the subpoena?

Why do you think it was in the file for D's to release? Kash didn't say it was. He implied it wasn't.

The fact that Biden didn't release it does not mean it's not real. That's an inconclusive bit of information. If the claim were that it's in the file, I would certainly wonder why Biden didn't release it, but I also know that there are potentially other reasons for Biden not to release, and those reasons could outweigh the dirt on Trump.

"If there was dirt in there, Biden would have released it" is a conclusion made by people who haven't thought it through.

What legal reason would the FBI have to subpenoa these records that a judge would accept??? If Dem judges who have discretion won't release grand jury testimony which they claim in already majority public knowledge. What reason would convince a judge for a subpenoa

I'm also willing to accept the idea that the only reason Trump doesn't want us to see the Epstein files is that we'll find out stuff about JE being a Mossad agent, and Israel, and stuff like that. If Kash Patel is helping hide that from us, and it's not about kiddy-diddling, then he's still a ****.

The sad reality is that it might be both things (Mossad and diddling). The American people should know.
