And it's this tribalism that keeps us from ever getting a government that works. If you're gonna blame everything on the other side and never your own, how do you think change will ever come? Republicans get in office and run huge deficits. Rather than blaming then you will blame the democrats. In the inverse the democrats will get into office and do the bidding of the bankers and financial elite but yet democrats will blame Republicans for tax cuts for the rich. Both sides do the others bidding while their foolish constituents always blame the other side.
You do realize that by blaming democrats for everything you are guaranteeing things never change. True change only comes when you hold your party's feet to the fire. Not by deflecting blame to the other side everytime they don't do what they said they would do.
This 100%. My political awakening came sometime in the mid '90's when it became crystal clear that neither of these corrupt parties had the interests of working Americans as their priority or even on their radar. It is mind blowing to me that any average working American could have the slightest loyalty to the scum on either side, especially after watching the Bush-Clinton-Obama regime work together to steadily advance the globalist agenda and the war machine while exponentially increasing the size and scope of the federal government and driving this country to the brink of bankruptcy over the last 25 years.
Trump was naive to the workings of DC and proved to be a nuisance the first time around so they wiped him out with the covid scam and attempted to make it permanent with all the incompetent lawfare. He learned his lesson and surrounded himself with the "correct" backing this time around, and now he plays the game of advancing the war machine and big government interests while wearing the mask of the protector of the 'average guy'.
The bottom line about Epstein, Diddy, and even JFK and RFK are that there are far too many very powerful interests who stand to at the very least lose a lot if the real truth of these matters were to ever see the light of day. Trump clearly didn't grasp this basic fact when he touted the release of these files, but was obviously read the riot act by the powers that be, and now it will be the pawns in the game (Patel, Bondi, Bongino) who are left to take the fall, which is how it has always worked.
Is Trump better than the clown show of the last four years? Obviously, but is that the bar that was set by his followers in electing him? He was supposed to be the 'anti-politician' he was the first time around, but if it hasn't been made clear by now that things are different this time, what will it take?
