In response to questions about the border did Mayorkas go on a tirade about the Dow jones being over 50k , and carry with him a burn book of insults to throw at Republican representatives?

If Bondi's behavior is "not unusual for a cabinet secretary" then I don't see how you could take any issue with Mayorkas on begin with.

These Congressional inquisitions of cabinet secretaries are (sadly) accepted as a time for each side to hurl insults and score political points. Bondi’s point was a ridiculous diversion (economic success doesn’t erase an injustice) and Mayorkas’ point was a bold faced lie. I don’t understand going nuts over the former and being blasé over the latter.

They could make more progress with cameras replaced by a transcript and sketch artist, like a court proceeding, to cut down on the grand standing.

I remember them bragging about hotdogs and ketchup being like 5 cents cheaper for the 4th of July. I remember plenty of talk about inflation being made up, being transitory, being not that bad, being Trumps fault. I remember multiple individuals getting up and talking about how sharp Biden was, how he was leading (closed door) meetings and wowing everyone with his knowledge.

We are on the trial by X portion....there is zero actions able evidence for charges but ongoing investigations...but all associated are guilty till proven Innocent (mob rule mentality in full effect)..even to the point of ignoring evidence that is corroborated by numerous sources to the contrary. That's just my opinion of what going on here and in regards to the files..I know you didn't ask for mine 😂 😂

The law firm you referenced is the fourth largest firm in the country. When you have high profile cases like that, they’re likely to use one of a handful of firms such as Kirkland. Barr did not work for Kirkland at the time when Epstein was a client and the firm has approx 4,000 attorneys.

Donald Barr was not the headmaster of the private school when Epstein worked there

This is a good summary of where we are. People are suffering consequences of loss of income and social status. But justice is being administered by the mob. The mob may not have made mistakes yet, but they will. It would be so much better if justice, including jail time, could be dispensed by the legal system.

Police Search Home of Former Norwegian Prime Minister, Nobel Committee Chair Over Alleged Epstein Links​

Norwegian police said Thursday they had searched properties belonging to former prime minister Thorbjorn Jagland following the launch of a corruption probe over his dealings with US sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Jagland is being investigated after documents released by the US Justice Department in January suggested that he and/or his family stayed or vacationed with Epstein between 2011 and 2018.

Having served as prime minister from 1996 to 1997, Jagland was at that time secretary general of the Council of Europe and chaired until 2015 the committee that selects the winner of the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize.

In the documents released, Epstein referred to him as “the Nobel big shot”.

Pal Lonseth, chief of the specialised Okokrim economic crimes unit, said that Jagland’s residence in Oslo had been searched and that he was now formally suspected of “aggravated corruption”.
