Legally, an under age girl can't agree to sex in any state that prohibits it for her particular age.

But realistically, 13, 14, 15 year-old girls are agreeing to engage in sex all across America every single day. Sometimes with boys close to their own age, and sometimes with grown men.

The maturity level of the girl will vary. Some under age girls are very mature for their ages, much more so than many of the under age boys they are fornicating with.

People still don't get it. Dems sat on this for years, why???? The answer is that too many powerful were implicated, and that this an intelligence thing. Same for the next admin. You can get caught up in the nasty details all you want, but in the end, those on both sides of the isle that finally saw what was in these files resisted releasing them. Some folks are guilty, some folks are innocent other than being associated...all people of power. Black mail at its finest. Epstein got super rich doing what exactly?

Maybe because they didn't have full access to all the files because of court orders issued in the lengthy disposition of the case? I agree much of your take may be correct. No doubt there are people from both sides implicated. That being said, it's pretty evident the reports of the current DOJ hustling to redact Trump out of it are likely true, given Bondi's actions and words defending this administration as as though she is their personal lawyer

Both sides saw the dirt, and didn't like it. I have no doubts that the Biden admin wouldn't have released anything even without courts involved.

A 14 year old, or 16 or 18, in that position would likely feel that they had no choice. It's not like they were among boys of comparable age or wealth.
