I subscribe to sebaseball.com (a rivals site) and there was a preview of the team for this year. I would post it but it's subscriber only content and that would be classless. Anyway, they have a depth chart with starters and their backup and Lockwood is no where to be found on the depth chart. I contacted the site writer asking if he forgot about Lockwood and he told me that the depth chart was sent to him by the UT Sports athletic department. Anyone know what's up with Jeff this year? I would think he'd be starting and at the absolute worst be a backup at 1B, DH, or bullpen guy.

I would think there is a misprint somewhere. I wasn't able to find a depth chart, but saw that he is still on the roster. I don't know how much this means, but he started (either as DH or 1B) in every game of the Orange/White world series.

This Hawn kid must be pretty good. Only one k in 28 at bats during the orange and white series. Brown didnt look good at all.

With how bad the football season went and how mediocre this basketball team has become, I can't wait until February 20th when we play Oregon State the first weekend. Hopefully the baseball team won't disappoint us like the football team did and the basketball team just might do if they fail to make the NCAA Tourney.
